What Happens During The Focus Group?
Before the starting the focus group begins you can create a survey or a poll with your focus group members to understand their thoughts on the area so you can prepare some key questions. The members will then review your title, description and objectives of the focus group to help reach import insight and innovation. During the start and finish date of the focus group, you will be able to post comments to initiate conversations and focus group members will be able to comment. You and your focus group members can like the posts and also you can mark ideas as "Top Ideas" that will be saved to your dashboard and then are able to be turned into actionable tasks.
